We want you to love the shoes you ordered from Zherys.com! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise for a refund. We accept the return of unworn* merchandise for up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. *We suggest trying on your shoes indoors to make sure they fit and are to your liking before wearing them outside.
We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise. If you discover you need a different size, different color or style, please return your order and place a new order. Refunds and replacements are only offered if the purchase was made directly on Zherys.com. If you purchased your product at a retail store or another online partner, please contact them directly to either exchange the product(s) or to obtain a refund.
Shipping Fees (and corresponding taxes) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a $5.00 return fee per pair for excessive returns.
Final Sale = Not Returnable
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. We clearly indicate an item is final sale with a visual "Final Sale" icons throughout the shopping experience.

Customers in the United States are eligible for free return shipping. We'll provide you with a pre-paid USPS (United States Postal Service) return label to make return shipping a snap.
Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund in a timely manner, please do not include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. If you include more or less items than shown on your return packing slip, then your return & refund process may be delayed.
