  • What if my size is out of stock?
    If a size shows out of stock, it is currently unavailable. We will make every effort to get more inventory in as soon as possible. Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates to stock availability.
  • Can I pre-order on styles that say, “Coming Soon”?
    We are currently not offering a pre-order option.
  • What forms of payment will you accept?
    We accept VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
  • Will there be a sales tax included in the total amount?
    Yes, tax is charged for orders shipped within the U.S. states and territories where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on the current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in applicable states and territories. The states that require a sales tax on shipping and handling fees are AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NJ, NM, NY, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WDC and WI. Tax will be refunded on returned items.
  • Can I cancel or change my Zherys order?
    You can cancel your order while it’s still processing. Once the item has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled or revised. If the item has shipped, you will have 30 days to return it unworn or unwashed for a full refund. If you can submit the cancellation request, it cannot be undone. You can also contact the Customer Service Team and we will make every effort to assist you with your cancellation before the item goes into shipped status.
  • Will I be billed for an exchange?
    If you are returning an item to exchange for a different size or color, you will only be billed for the shipping cost. If you’re exchanging for a different item, we will process the exchange as a refund and create a separate transaction for the new item. If you have additional questions, please contact the Customer Service Team.

  • What is Zherys shipping cost?
    The shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate at the completion of your order.
  • Where do you ship Zherys footwear?
    We currently ship within the U.S. and its territories.
  • Do you ship Zherys internationally?
    Currently we are not shipping internationally.
  • How do you ship Zherys footwear?
    We ship Zherys footwear through the UPS. We do offer the customer the option to expedite or rush their items through UPS at the customer’s expense.
  • How long does the Shipment take?
    For Standard shipping, it will take on average 5-10 Business days. Expediting or rush orders will take on average 1-3 Business days.
  • How do I track the status of my Zherys order?
    Once you order is complete, you can go to your confirmation page and click on “Where’s my order?” to find out what process your order is in and once your item has shipped you can click on the “Track your order” icon to follow the courier tracking.
  • Will my Zherys order ship on the same day that I place the order?
    If we receive your order before 12:00 pm eastern time, we will process and ship your order on the same day. Any orders received after 12:00 pm eastern time will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend will ship on Monday with the exception if Monday is a holiday.

  • What is your return policy for Zherys footwear?
    You will have 30 days to return or exchange Zherys footwear. We will only accept items that are unworn and unwashed. Clearance items are considered “final” sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • How do I return or exchange my Zherys footwear?
    Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return once we have received your returned item.
  • Will I be refunded the shipping fees?
    We can only refund the cost of the item and applicable sales tax. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • What materials are Zherys footwear made from?
    Our upper are made with recycled PET yarns and our outsole made with recycled rubber.
  • What width are Zherys footwear?
    All Zherys shoes are made to fit comfortably medium width.
  • How do I care for my Zherys footwear?
    Zherys products are made from recycled materials of the highest quality and require a little attention to keep them in the best possible condition: - When not wearing them, please store the shoes in their original packaging or a similar container. - Prolonged direct exposure to sources of light and heat should be avoided as they might alter the color of the product. - Avoid contact with chemicals, oils, or cosmetics in general. - Many off our items are washable please refer to the individual pattern’s information for details. ¬¬
  • How are Zherys footwear made?
    Zherys shoes are manufactured using fly knit parts made of recycled plastic water bottles for the upper and recycled rubber for the outsole. The uppers and outsoles are manually assembled in a production line. This hybrid method helps reduce waste by re-purposing materials and at the same time provides a safe and healthy employment environment.
  • Where are Zherys products made?
    Currently all our production is made in Putian China.
  • Will Zherys footwear deform?
    Although designed to have a flexible and comfortable fit the uppers will not deform from use.
  • Do Zherys have a good arch support?
    Yes, Zherys shoes are designed to provide the wearer with great arch support and overall stability. The engineering team spent countless hours evaluating the designs to bring fitting consistency and support to the wearer on all our products.
  • Are Zherys footwear waterproof?
    At the moment our waterproof offering is limited to the Grant Aurora bootie. We plan to grow that product offering in the future.
  • Are Zherys footwear vegan?
    The recycled materials and production practices used on our assortment are 100% Vegan.
